Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Once a product has been used, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos or a short video so we can quickly understand the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to offer a solution—usually a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an issue can’t be resolved with a replacement. If approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
